The Afterglow

We understand unforeseen events can happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Here at The Afterglow, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us time to adjust our schedule. In the event 24 hrs notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge a cancelation fee of 50% of the service to the card on file. 100% will be charged for no shows/no calls. A new deposit will be required for your future appointment. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment we will have to reschedule.
